• Undertaking independent review of landscape and visual impact assessment submissions
• Providing advice and guidance to ensure that the impact assessments will provide a robust and accurate resource to assist the LPA in the determination of the planning application

An application for residential development for 210 dwellings had originally been made in January 2016 for a highly sensitive 12 ha site alongside the River Stour on the western edge of the historic market town of Wimborne Minster.  A revised and updated submission was made in November 2017.
